Contact the end-user before leaving site to ask isolation / self-isolating questions – job may need to be postponed if isolation issues arise
Do not leave any paperwork on-site

Pay using contactless methods (where amounts allow)
On arrival at delivery address remove the protective seats & paper mats (if applicable)
Wipe down the steering wheel, indicator / window wiper stalks, gear lever and door handle(s) with antibacterial wipes & dispose of immediately
Leave keys & completed paperwork on front passenger seat for deliveries
Ask for keys to be left on front passenger seat for collections
Retreat to a safe distance whilst the end-user checks the vehicle condition against the completed paperwork
If any paperwork needs to be signed ensure that you do not share your pen to obtain a signature
If any electronic devices need to be answered / signed do not pass to the end-user to complete. Driver must ask the end-user questions & complete document. Driver clearly writes end-user name within the signature field
